What’s New!!

We were recently at Conquest Northwest with our games HONK! and Dog Poop. It was a lot of fun playing with everyone at the Con. We recorded the longest game of HONK! played to date. Someone played the “Police in Hot Pursuit” card right before the finish of the game and clogged up the board for an extra 45 minutes. That is a lot for a game that normally take half an hour to an hour!

Dog Poop also had some time in the spot light. After we ran a game, two different people came up to us separately and said that it was “the funnest game they had played at the whole convention.” To say the least, we were ecstatic.

If you love games, we highly recommend going to a game convention. It is the best place to learn new games. Someone will teach you new games so you do not have to dig through the rules the first time you play. You can get on the convention site before it starts and see the scheduled games. They have game descriptions so you can get a sense of the games you might like before you play them. People will be playing everything from board games and card games to role playing games, war games, and miniatures. There are also a lot of pick up games that just happen on the spot. There are conventions that happen in almost any major city so check it out!!
